RoloCache - Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of RoloCache, including the website at www.rolocache.com, all vendor records (AgentRouting.json, AgentContext.json), and the query API at /agent-tools/v1/. By accessing RoloCache, you agree to these terms.

1. What RoloCache is

RoloCache is an independently-operated index of agent-callable interfaces for consumer-facing web services. RoloCache's verification and research process operates independently of the vendors in its catalog. Vendor records are not submitted, approved, or influenced by the vendors they describe.

2. What you may do

• You may access RoloCache records and API responses in real time to power or inform your own products, services, or agentic workflows.
• You may link to any RoloCache page or record from your own site or documentation.
• You may reference individual findings from RoloCache records with attribution.
• You may index and crawl www.rolocache.com for search and discovery purposes.

3. What you may not do

Rehosting and redistribution

• You may not download, store, or cache RoloCache data for the purpose of serving it from your own infrastructure, whether as a mirror, a derived dataset, or a subset view. Any product or service that depends on RoloCache data must access it in real time through www.rolocache.com. Hosting a local copy of RoloCache content on your own infrastructure for the purpose of serving it to users or other systems constitutes a direct breach of these terms.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense RoloCache data to third parties in any form.
• You may not present RoloCache records as your own original research, or remove or obscure attribution to RoloCache as the source.

Bulk harvesting

• You may not harvest the RoloCache catalog in bulk for the purpose of rehosting or redistribution. However, normal programmatic access is explicitly permitted, which includes agents querying the API as part of a legitimate workflow.

Misrepresentation

• You may not represent RoloCache data as guaranteed, certified, or endorsed by the vendors described. Records reflect findings at the time of last scan and are provided as-is.
• You may not use RoloCache data to make false or misleading claims about any vendor or their interfaces.

4. No warranties

RoloCache records are research findings, not guarantees. Vendor interfaces change. A record that was accurate at last scan may not reflect current reality. RoloCache makes no warranty - express or implied - about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any record.

Use RoloCache data to inform decisions, not to substitute for your own verification where accuracy is critical.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoloCache is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on RoloCache data, including but not limited to failed API calls, incorrect routing information, or vendor interface changes not yet reflected in a record.

6. Changes to these terms

RoloCache may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of RoloCache after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
